Experience and Training
Each of our mediators have been doing this work for the past 25 years. We have each taken 500+ hours of mediation training, because we believe there is always more to learn in order to serve our clients better. We regularly attend local, state, regional, national and international conferences to learn of the latest thinking in the field. We are professionals, and we take our responsiblitiy to you, our client, very seriously.

Attention to detail
We take pride in knowing our business, so we will help you address all of the issues you need to resolve in order to move forward with the resolution of your conflict. Whether you are ending your marriage/relationship, resolving parenting issues, forming or dissolving your business, making care decisions with or for your aging parents, or struggling with school issues, we will take you through step by step.

Availablility
If we do not answer the phone when you call, we make every effort to return your call within 24 hours. If you and the person you are in conflict with agree to mediate, we can usually schedule your first session within 7 days, based on your convenience. If you choose to have us draft a document containing your agreements (a Memorandum of Agreement) we will usually have that out to you within two weeks of receiving full payment for that work.

Convenience
We can schedule your mediation session with starting times from 7:30 a.m. through 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. We also offer limited Saturday morning times. SEE PAGE ON SATURDAY SOLUTIONS.

Cost
We do not charge any up-front fees, and you pay only for the time you spend in mediation and for the time spent drafting your Memorandum of Agreement. We charge an hourly fee, $120.00 per person per hour, with a minimum fee for 1 1/2 hours. We accept cash, your personal or business check, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. We do not require a minimum number of sessions. You control your costs, where you mediate and when.
