CANCELLATION POLICY:  Regardless of when you register, cancellation of a registration received at least 15 business days prior to the start of a training will be refunded in full, less a 10% administrative fee.  Cancellation of a registration received less than 15 business days prior to the start of a training will result in a full credit which can be applied to any training offered and must be used within 1 year, or be forfeited.  Cancellation of any training by Partners in Mediation, Inc. will result in a full refund.
