Divorce Mediation Training
Partners In Mediation, Inc. offers divorce and family mediation training twice each year. A basic mediation course is a prerequisite for this training for those wishing to practice in Ohio.
Our divorce mediation seminar is primarily a substantive course focusing on the broad spectrum of issues faced by the parties upon the termination of their marriage or relationship. Participants learn about parenting and property division as well as the emotional problems facing parents and children. Additionally, participants have many opportunities to role play various situations frequently faced by the family mediator.
As with the other trainings we offer, Divorce Mediation Training is presented live online via Zoom.

Divorce Mediation Training has been submitted for approval to the Ohio Supreme Court Dispute Resolution Section pursuant to Rules 16 and 90-90.12 of the Supreme Court Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio. These rules outline the qualifications for dispute resolution professionals seeking referrals from local courts for mediation or parenting coordination.
Divorce Mediation Training has been submitted for approval to the Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 34 General hours and 1.00 Attorney Professional Conduct hours of CLE credit (total: 35 hours).
