is an intensive workshop designed to help attorneys identify the
difficult client who comes in the door, make an informed choice as to
whether or not to accept this client and learn and practice effective
responses to the client during their professional connection.
This workshop will use lecture, participant discussion, exercises,
handouts and visual media to teach attorneys how to best respond to
high-conflict personality types involved in legal disputes.
We also offer ongoing mediation consulting.
