30 Hour Civil Mediation Training
Partners in Mediation, Inc. offers civil mediation training twice
yearly – Spring and Autumn.
This civil mediation training is a skill building
course. Emphasis is on the process of mediation rather than substantive
areas of practice. You will have the opportunity to practice basic
skills and develop new ones that will enhance your practice and improve
your success rate with even the most difficult cases. You
will also learn the caucus model of mediation, which is often used in
civil cases.
A Basic Mediation course is required prior to
taking this training.
We also offer ongoing mediation consulting.
